Ask any couple who have been together for >20 years. They will tell you the heat that comes from a relationship wanes and rises. The love in the relationship is a much deeper response, to knowing, and loving, and respecting, not just the sex, but the time spent with that person. What most of you are describing is infatuation. Believing this to be love, is the cause, in my humble opinion for the divorce rate today. The emotional response of attraction is chemical. Love is far deeper than that. It isn't just the horomones raging. Then again, I could be wrong. | ||||
