| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | You know whats real scary this is similar to the market situation before the Great Depression. I don't want to scare people out there but it could happen. The market is oversaturated with tech stocks just as the market was in the late 1920s with radio stocks. There has also been a similarity in overproduction. Just watch out for Black Thursday. The marketbe up in a few years until then it is going to move slow. It is very different than before the deppression. It is complete different!!!!!!!! "What's wrong with being sexy?" | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | I'm listening to people here talk about losing their college funds and what about the people getting ready to retire. If people looking to use that money in the short term were that heavily vested in stocks, then they were their own worst enemy. Especially investing in NASDAQ funds. It should be in much lower risk investments, bonds mutual funds, etc. With a very diverse low to mid-risk portfolio. The big problem was the market was so hot anyone with a dart board and the journal could and thought they could invest well.
