| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01  | This has got to be one of the strangest winters in a long time. How many times this season did the temperature go from 60-70 degrees one day to freezing the next? Later in the week it would be back to 60-70 and then a few days after it would bring frigid weather along with snow. Perfect example was this weekend. Saturday saw temps between 70-75, but then Sunday rolled around bringing snow to my neck of the woods. Yes, I know it's winter so save the wiseass remarks. It's just not like any winter I've ever experienced and I'm no spring chicken. Is the government playing with their top secret weather machine again? Oh wait, I wasn't supposed to reveal that. So much for classified information. ;)

I moved out here dreading the notorious blizzards the Midwest is supposed to get; instead, temps have averaged in the mid 40s and I don't think we've had even a foot of snow all winter long. As long as we're reminiscing, how about that noreaster back in '93? No school for about a week and a half, and me and my brothers making money knocking snow off our neighbors' roofs so they wouldn't collapse.  | ||||
