Psychopath Registered: Mar. 02	I leave on June 3, my 18th birthday. I enlisted for six years. Anybody care to offer some kind words, or tool on me unmercifully for my decision? I signed up before all this 9/11 shit happened, so it kinda bugs me out that I'll be going headfirst into this stuff. Use all your well-learned politesse, or I'll lay your soul to waste. If I ran for a public office, would you vote for me? Please? I'll give you a dollar.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	My advice to you is, as soon as you get to Huachuca, make frineds with as many 96R's as you can. As far as trainees go, we own that place :) Good luck and remember this..... it's all a big mind fuck. As long as you don't make the same mistakes repeatedly, the drills won't kill you. What would we be if we had nothing to rebel against? Well we could finally be ourselves, the first group of people who stopped looking for the answers long enough to appreciate the questions. And all we have to do is to make our own Declaration of Independence. We can embrace the right to life and liberty by simply realizing that happiness exists -- not to pursue, but to accept. After that the only challenge would be to make sure with the rest of our lives that we weren't just another fad. I don't know, it's an idea. What do you think?

I'm going into the Aviation Support field. I just don't know what specific job I'll be doing. Either Ordnance Technician, or Fire Rescue.
