There's a lot of whitepages and search pages out there, try yahoo to start, use their people search and just follow the trails

Ormond Beach Florida but then moved to Minnesota about 5+ years ago. I found a Debbie Rappa in minn but it was someone else.

Nah Man that is my ol' friend. She and I were real close, but then I became a dick and she moved on. I Have tried locating her but no luck. She once called my house and my girl answered at the time and told her never to call again..she didn't.
