"The Producers" hasn't even opened but the buzz is it's the front-runner for the Best Musical Tony. Plus, Mel Brooks himself WROTE the show so nobody's ruining anything... BTW Nathan Lane has played plenty of "straight" roles, but the straightness doesn't quite come across. It's his schtick, if you don't like it, avoid him... Of course it does seem kind of awkward saying you're going to a Broadway show. But I'll wait for the reviews and then make my decision.
