| Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00  | Ok. I put up with Maude dying. I put up with Homer moving to the south, that crap episode. BUT WHEN I HEAR THE VOICES OF N'SYNC COMING OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BART, NELSON, RALPH, AND MILHOUSE (go on, make the Milhouse joke, i'm ready), THAT'S TOO FAR!!!! THIS DISGRACE OF THE SIMPSONS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I HEREBY SEND AN F-U TO N'SYNC, THE WRITERS OF THIS EPISODE, AND WHOEVER GREENLIGHTED THIS EPISODE! AARGGGHHHH!!! The parts of the episode that didn't include N'Sync are pretty funny though.....  | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | Well Sephi, being a big fan of the Simpsons I can say that yes, this episode wasn't as good as it should have been. Boy bands are prime targets for satire and the Simpsons...missed the boat no pun intended. And I'm willing to sit through poor episodes for the chance I'll see another HOMR. | Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00 | Ok, maybe I went a little overboard, the episode wasn't THAT bad. It was kinda ok, i mean the plot and all, but i just lost it every time I saw Fag Sync's voices coming out of the sacred Simpsons characters. I wonder how Marco liked that episode? | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jul. 00 | What annoyed me the most was the little behind-the-voices peice at the end with N'SYNC...I mean, there have been some kick-ass and talented guest stars and none of them got that...I'm sure it had something to do with NSYNC agreeing to appear only if they got a certain ammount of screen time. And, it is not just that NSYNC was on. They have had Michael Jackson and Brittney Spears on, but they turned it into actual satire. Instead of that fluffy crap. It was a great idea having the Navy use subliminal messages, but they dropped the ball... I hate to say this, but I really think the Simpsons should hang it up before they get lame or jump the shark (if this episode wasn't the jump the shark moment) | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | I'm not 100% sure but I do know it's coming back. I wasn't a particular fan of the show but between the Dog and the Kid there's enough funny moments for me to watch it again- depending on the time slot. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00 | I have devoted my life to making sure I catch every episode of the Simpsons including the re-runs that are on every day (yes, I do need a life). And they let me down big time w/ this crap. WTF, dam friggin sonuvabitch, aghhh! how could they put those fags on the show?! i dont understand. -And as far as the fam. guy goes, that show kix ass and I am another person waitin for that to come back. | ||||

Not the greatest episode but I think this is the weakest season so far. Superliminal was pretty funny though. The whole marathon thing at that start made no sense to me.
