| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | Ok i have been faced with a semi big problem at work. Let me just tell you first off what i do. I work for a photography studio, we do children's sports and school photography (no gonzo they are not hiring im sorry ;-) We do not have a studio so we travel from site to site whether it be schools or baseball fields etc... On tuesday night we were doing a shoot in a middle school of a soccer club. There is this one photographer who is very flaky and she decides it would be a good idea to bring beers and wine coolers to drink after the shoot was over. Now the problem i have with this is she stored the drinks in the fridge in the teacher's lounge of the school and then wanted to drink them in the parking lot of the school after we finished our shoot. The shoot ends and the photographer goes to get her alcohol as we are cleaning up and there is a freakin board meeting going on in that room, so the genius asks the HEAD of the soccer league to go in the room and get them for her. Well i leave because i dont want any part in this but the photographers stay and drink in the parking lot. Now here is my problem: The head of the league has called my boss and complained about the unprofessionalism of the company, do i cover my ass and blame this photographer for everything (which it was all her) or do i go down with the rest of them? I would probably be fired...im not sure what to do because i am kinda sorta friends with this photographer...give me some insight please  And though you don't believe that they do They do come true For did my dreams Come true when I looked at you And maybe too, if you would believe You too might be Overjoyed, over loved, over me Looking for some cuties to adopt inquire within | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Don't go down with all of them. It may seem good to do this but friends will always screw you in the end so don't be so trustworthy in them. Well you could take the high road and go down with them but how open is the job market? There are so many thing you have to consider. Don't let her fault take you down. | Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70 | First off, there are no morals in message boards. But more to the point, play dumb. There is no reason for you to shoulder the blame for someone else's actions. Unless you were part of the plan, why take the punishment? What kind of idiot brings alcohol into a school? I don't even think they allow alcohol on college campuses, let alone middle or high schools.

If that girl was any kind of "friend" she wouldn't have jeapordized everyones job by doing what she did. CYA - Cover Your Ass.
