| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | If you have a cold or flu...add to your dinner two or three cloves of garlic per serving. The chemicals in garlic can kill disease-causing germs. I read that in a home remedy book... Hot Tea with some JD in it might help too :)  | ||||
