| I have been trying to update my site, but ever since I reformatted my hard drive I keep getting this message "403 Forbidden
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc on this server."
I have typed my user name and password in correctly, so I dont know what is wrong. If anyone can help that would be great.

| #1 - Make sure you have FrontPage extensions installed on the server you are trying to publish to.
#2 - Don't try to FTP things outside of FrontPage if you are going to publish your web with FrontPage's FTP program. If FrontPage didn't put it on your webserver, it won't have access to the folder or files.
#3 - Dreamweaver 4 is a much better WYSIWYG editor for HTML.
