| O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00  | This is a pretty cool show on The Learning Channel right now. There's another episode starting at 10:00 They take four "contestants" and put them in a "haunted" building for the night. They have to go to certain rooms, watch a video of "real" psychics reading the room, then solve puzzles to get clues for the next challenge in the next room. All the contestants are hooked up to heart monitors and the crew screw with them with sound and temperature effects. And some of the effects have "nothing to do with our crews effects". | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | Sounds like MTV's Fear or that new FOX Murder in Small Town X. I, on the other hand, actually caught the first episode of The Chronicle which I thought was pretty good. An interesting, quirky, sci-fi/comedy that sort of like a The Lone Gunmen series that's lighter and wihout the entire government subtext. I am can see watching weekly and the lead female is pretty hot. I'm recording the second part of the two episode premier since I"m seeing The Score at 11:15. The narrator in Fight Club is the man we will be, Patrick Bateman in American Psycho is the man we want to be Eliza Dushku- Hotter Than Britney | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | Wow, a good concept fucked up by MTV but done well in a somewhat respectible channel? Color me shocked. EDIT: Hey, K1d and I think alike. I can understand why some might not like The Chronicle, it isn't the best show but good enough for me to watch. And, reverting to another thread, at least now I finally appreciate where the name Arthur Dent comes from. Double Edit: I tried twice to see The Score, both times sold out. Review coming tomorrow. | Psychopath Registered: Jan. 01 | I think Fox Family Channel did the worst job with "Scariest Places On Earth"...or whatever. You know it can't be too creepy if It's on the Fox Family Channel! | Psychopath Registered: Apr. 01 | i agree, could have used better talent.plus they use the midget from poltergiest to narrate as well.but some of the places are pretty cool.that catacombs place in italy was cool.i would'nt mind walking around down there.all those bodys.freaky.
