I'm not talking about public access shit. Who here has actually been on a TV show whether it be a game show, talk show, sitcom, drama, commercial, anything? Whether it be being an extra or actually having a line. And if you were in a movie, you can mention that too. Well?? Here is your chance to brag about it.

I was on a local game show (not public access but not national or even statewide, Long Island local) with a school team and I lost since the buzzers didn't work but I slipped in an OK Terrific so it was all worth it. It was on the exact time and night of the first XFL Pre-Game show.

I've been in the studio audience of the following shows. Ricki Lake, Good Morning America, The Queen Latifah Show, Who Wants to be a millionaire, Politcially Incorrect, The Weakest Link, I asked Richard Hatch a question the morning after he won Surrivor on the CBS Early Show. I've been in the crowd of TRL on numerous occasions. (I've tried my best to get upstairs to no avail, I guess I'm too black for MTV :() I also went to the today show a couple of times.

I don't really get excited at being on TV anymore, just being there.

Oh if you watched channel 2 before the first Mets/Yankee game of 2001 at 5 or 6pm I was in the background waving like an idiot with my friend.

Does being in the audience behind the announcers desk count at a WWF event? I was behind Mick Foley when he made an entrance at the Nassau coliseum, and the camera was around a lot of the last 10 minutes of the show. Got to see SCSA wail on Mick at about 4 feet away.

1) I got arrested at a big CUNY rally at City Hall in '94, I was on a few local newscasts being dragged away by the cops.

2) I was on Conan O'Brian for a few seconds in '97. He did a skit in which he was a bike messenger for a day and used the messenger company I was working for at the time to help him with it. The segment opened with me walking from one side of our office to the other to pick up a job ticket.

3) I was interviewed by some Albany TV station outside of Madison Square Garden a couple of hours before game seven of the Rangers Stanley Cup finals in '94 but I don't know if that made it on the air.

4) I was a pallbearer for the casket of WNEW on the day they switched to all talk, that earned me another half second or so on the local news.

My butt was on Steampipe Alley. And I had a quote (no pic) in the Daily News regarding the asbestos crisis in NYC schools.

why do I say I'm fine when it's obvious I'm not?
why's it so hard to tell you what I want?
why can't you just read my mind?

Yeah he sounds pretty arrogant even though some of the things he says I agree with. He seems to let his best friends (Paul Rodgrigez) get more air time.

The topic was something to do with morality. A christain guy and a girl from the show Mysterious ways was on the conservative side. Baraba Engreich the author of "nickel and dimed" (great read) was there too. This was recent, it was sometime in June in California. A devils fan was there during game 5 of the finals. What a f'n tool. Why are you in Television City watching a guy like Bill Mahar. Support your team!

(go rangers :( )

i was on a very short lived Montel williams TV show on CBS. it was one episode, they needed the football team for the episode cause it had something to do with a kid doing drugs or something, anyways, i was in a couple of shots, even got to be yelled at by the coach, all in all, really nothing more than an extra role on a very bad tv show that was cancled

Hmmm well I wasnt on like a sitcom or talk show, but I was on like every news channel in NY and MTV with Hillary and Bill Clinton. Was on a panel with Hillary Clinton when she did her whole "listening tour" bit, and went to DC to go to a convention and meet with Congress, Senate and Bill. It was alot of fun, got a nice tape of all the times I was on tv, and met alot of politicians and celebs. Oh and Ted Kennnedy totally lives up to the Kennedy name

here's my acting resume:

-I was on romper room (those from jersey or new york and are in their twenties will remember that) when I was about 5 (i think)

-I was on the channel 9 (in new york) news when I was about 12 standing like a tool in a row of classmates at this big educational thing at the UN.

-I was kinda on the sopranos. It was at the end of the 1st season and there's a scene with ma soprano and junior outside of a movie theater, which is actually the back entrance of the clairidge theater (the back is on church st) in montclair, nj. At the time I was an asst. mgr. there and had to meet the crew at 4:30 am to give them access to the and had to wait around for 10 hours until they were done. They were all huge fucking pricks by the way. In one shot that they didn't use, they did a sweeping crane shot of church st. and I was standing there about to fall over cuz i'd been up for about 32 hours barely holding a cup of coffee. Once again, I'm sure I looked like a tool.

-I wen't to an audition for the weakest link. I'm sure I didn't make it close, but this incredibly unfunny comedian guy named woogie made it on. You might have seen him on a couple of weeks ago. that f-ing unfunny tool.

as a side note, if you take a look in the men's room at the copacabbana, there's a picture of my grandfather with a row of showgirls on either side. He was a magician in the 50's and perfomed there frequentlly. He was also on ed sullivan and the jackie gleeson show. so suck it.

I starred on a sitcom called "Gilligan's Island" and played a recurring role as a beatnik on "The
Many Loves of Dobie Gillis".

It's just "I love you" can mean a lot of things, like "You'll do till someone
better comes along", or "I can't describe how I really feel but I know I'm
supposed to say this", or "Shut up, I'm watchin' TV"...

Anyways...I've been in a shitload of videos; Gn'R-Paradise City, Anthrax-Indians, a couple live Ramones vids & a bunch more I can't even remember now. I was on MTV during a piece on Ice-T's band Body Count. Body Count did a show at CB-BG's in between Lollapalooza shows & I was in the crowd, right by the corner of the stage.(which if you've ever been to CB's you know how tight the room is anyway)...I was in the crowd for SNL with Helen Hunt & Snoop Dogg... I know there's a lot more that I just can't think of right now, but my greatest moment I can remember was being on the Morton Downey Jr. Show.

I worked at a little amusement park in scotch plains, on Route 22 in Jersey and was in a few commercials, and the movie North and Mortal thoughts working rides. I also was working the day the kid fell off the ferris wheel about 5 years ago and was all over the news because I was the first person to help him (used to be an EMT)

When I worked for a Public Relations company way back when I got to be one of the panel members on Jackie Mason Show(the old jewish comedian). It was stint about racial issues. I represented a group that we were working for.

I worked with one of the production companys for Geraldo Rivera's talk show in his haydays. And yes, he's as much of a tool in person as he is on TV.

When I lived in Florida, I worked for a major US television company. We did studio shots all the time. I've been in a few commercials as an extra and I met a lot of celebrities when they came in to plug their gigs.

The highlight of my television career was meeting Jim Henson's son and actually seeing the Muppets in person. It's absolutely fn amazing. Kermit was brought in a special cushioned case which had 2 security guards protecting it.
