| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jun. 01 | Guys... this game is ffing amazing more than I could have ever dreamed. Don't worry I won't give out any spoilers. However... status report. 8 hours into the game. The sphere grid is a very interesting way to level your characters. Instead of leveling up, you get Attribute Points which you use on the sphere grid to level up. The HUGE grid looks intimidating at first, but it seems to be a very interesting way to strengthen your party. And right now I've had anal with Yuna once, which was really cool. The graphics on that where amazing... =P No, really... the game is starting to spicen up. I'm just past the Blitzball Tournament in Luca. How's everyone else doing? Also, if anyone can work with me in decoding the 'Al Bhed' language, contact me. And, ahh... Asian one. I think having two consoles will be great, but you gotta rent a PS2 to play this now, mon ami!! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jun. 01 | Status Report: 16 hours in and I'm at the Malacania temple right before the 'wedding'. All my characters are bad ass and equally leveled up on the sphere grid. I'm also doing pretty well in the deciphering of the Al Bhed language. I'd like to talk about a few things with people... but I don't want to spoil anything yet. This game just keeps getting better and better. Back to the game! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Well now I finally have an excuse to finish leveling up my characters and wipe out 9 (Honestly.. i loved the game... just got sick of getting my ASS handed to me in the final boss fight, was working on getting everyone to level 100.. but it got boring after a while) And no... i can't "buy" it until after x-mas.. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | OK.. time to play.. Got it Monday... Last saved game registers just over 27 hours of play.. I'm in my third season of Blitzball it's neat that they included some puzzles in this one (the temples) The Sphere grid is cool too.. but it's still essentially a linear levelling up process (only minor player control of direction at first, as there are no real alternate routes on the grid until much later..) I've finally had to decide which direction Kimarhi well take, since I finished off his section of the grid. I'm currently just outside of Al bhed "home" No! I am NOT a Goth Dude!! Kimahri maybe... but definately not the others. If you have to, just make sure they take one action in battle so they get the AP. You will suffer greatly if you do, my friend. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I play as mostly Auron, Lulu, and Tidus as well but I bring in Wakka occassionaly to get the flying monsters. Oh and you should try leveling up Yuna. If Yuna is more powerful her aeons are more powerful as well. I was able to do a lot more damamge with just a little bit of leveling up with her. | Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | Make SURE you level up Yuna. The real final Battle is a snap if her ability is high enough. I killed the final boss's second form with an overdrive from Anima. It did 99999 damage. | ||||

However, that detour you took with Kimahri is cool, again, his magic is pretty piss poor, but very interesting. First time I took him through Tidus's skills which seemed very rewarding. This time that fucking Ronso is going through a quick detour to Rikku's so we can have double steal going, then over Wakka's for status attacks, then probably back into Tidus's. However, it really doesn't matter because I found out to get x 3 AP pretty easily near the end of the game. Kweh Kweh. And the section with chocobo's in this game is God damn hard. Oh and sorry for not posting in 2 months, I've been real sick. Not that I expected anyone to lose sleep over it. But its good to be back.
