| O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00  | I havent bought a console in a long time. In fact, the last console I bought was the Playstation, and that was right after it came out (about 3-4 years ago). So I figured I should get a new console for Christmas, but my parents already thought of this. I was leaning toward PS2, strictly for Final Fantasy X among others. Lo and Behold, when I informed my parents of my decision, they tell me that they already bought me a X-Box. They told me because they wanted me to be absolutely sure of my decision. So here's my dillema: I can keep the X-Box, or have them exchange it for a PS2, a PS2 I should be able to purchase myself within the next 2-3 months after I pay off other shit (thus giving me the unholy power of 2 consoles). Well, should I do it? I havent really payed much attention to the X-Box, but Im aware that all it really pushes is Sports games, which I am not a fan of. Also, Im told that thing will suck my penis when i get bored of the games, though I havent confirmed that rumor yet. PS2 or X-Box? YOU BE TEH JUDGE!

I'd have them exchange it (PS2 is easy as hell to find, so that's no concern). Use your money to buy games. Or, NGC might be worth buying. It actually looks better than the X-Box, and the games are already more enjoyable (Star Wars, Smash Bros. Melee)... plus at $100 less than the other two systems, you're not breaking the bank on it.
