Any of you guys finish Castle Wolfenstein...This game started out so good it's kind of boring now..Does it get better towards the end or what?

A couple of the covert missions are fun. overall i was unimpressed. multiplayer is excellent.

I think I'm up to the mission where you have to kill the creature that they create din the lab...He's hard as s to kill though..Multiplayer is good though? What do you play against someone online or no?

Exactly - you play against other people. There are several maps which either consist of a CTF or Assault mode. There are two sides to choose from (Allies of Axis) and within each side the team is made up of 4 classes (Lieutenant, Medic, Soldier, Engineer) and for some maps each is a requirement to win, for others not at all. Its very team-based (Think Counterstrike, but somewhat simpler IMO). Also, so far I haven't noticed anyone cheating, which is a HUGE bonus for me as most of the CS servers these days are full of them (despite Punkbuster, et. al.). We even had a little OA.COM server going for a few weeks, but I haven't seen anyone from here on the server in a while (It's a great server for me though, my ping is consistently sweet on it). I don't recall the server address at the moment, but search through this forum, it's here somewhere.

Thanks I'm gonna try it out...I think I took the pussy way out and selected the least number of bad guys so thats why im just plowing through the game as it seems to suck more and more...Later

Delta, I am playing that game too. The lab creature was kinda tough. Kill all the small guys first (I did it by luring them back to where you came from. They can get to you if you are in hole in the ground). Then just run around him, keeping a pillar in between you and the creature so you don't go blind. It took me awhile, but that was it.

Cheats
Create a shortcut on your desk top. Right click it and select properties, then change the "target" line by adding the following:

+ set sv_cheats 1

Click OK, then start the game using the desktop shortcut.

When in the Game press the tilde key (~) and you can enter the following cheats:


I did this and it does not work. Anyone do these codes for Castle Wolfenstein and had it work. What am I doing wrong?

That's the right way to do it, maybe you didn't type it right? It worked for me, but I rarely use them unless I'm totally stuck.

On another note, what servers (if any) are you guys playing online? It would be cool to get a bunch of OA.com members together and play a few rounds.
