I just picked up this game on a lark and I'm pleasantly surprised. You have to get past the 16-bit graphics and sound but the process of creating a RPG almost completely from scratch has me addicted. You can usually pick this up for 10-20 dollars and those with a PS2 will have the added advantage of extra memory (I think). Anyway, if you like RPG's, it's worth the money.

Does anyone have this game and suggestions for shortcuts, minigames or advanced magic systems? I'm also trying to get information on how to make a character switching room.

EDIT:I can't believe I said "on a lark."
