| Hanger-On Registered: Nov. 00  | Guys, I was screwed with NHL Faceoff for PS2, the game sucked compared to EA NHL2001. I don't want to make the mistake again. What is the best baseball game for the playstation 2? EA Sports' Triple Play Baseball, Acclaim's All Star Baseball 2002, or 3D0's High-Heat Baseball. I know High-Heat isn't released yet, but it will by the end of the week. If any of you have heard or even played any of these games, let me know. Thanks, IsThisThingOn? | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I've been playing TP today.Not bad,but not great either.Good graphics,some options the sound and commentary sucks.No fanchise mode i dont think it has any injuries.It's a rental so im buying AS2002 tomorrow. | ||||

I've played bothe TP and ASB.The better of the 2 is definetly ASB.It's much more of a simulation baseball game.TP is a arcade style game.Graphics gotta go to TP.But better gameplay with ASB.ASB also has the team mascots,weather changes,pitchers warming up int he bullpen etc.If your still looking for the better baseball game go get ASB.  | ||||
