O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | This is possible right? I looked online for it, but all I came up with was something about a mod-chip and buying special software. Is there a way around this? A friend of mine is asking me to help burn a few copies of a few really rare games she bought. Av8er Radio [AIM] [ICQ] [E-Mail]

Psychopath Registered: Mar. 02 | Well first off, you'd have to get a DVD-burner. PS2 is DVD-based, unless I've been lied to all along. AIM | E-mail
QuickStop I won the last OA.com Sig contest & all I got was this cheesey status... Who is driving? Oh my God! Bear is Driving! How can that be?!? G.O.O.F.B.A.H.G.S. Kickflip b/s Tailslide Strike Team | posted on 06-24-2002 @ 4:05 PM

Psychopath Registered: Mar. 02 | Mod chips are nightmare to do. I have one in my original playstation that a buddy of mine did. Guy was a used to that shit though. He went to school for some computer degree where he built boards for computers, vending machines, ect... out of raw parts (processors, ect...). I hope someone comes out with a solder-free one soon though. Remeber when playstation first came out? The plug and play chip? Maybe they can develop one for the expansion port in the back of the machine.
