O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Oh i have had a network for a while and I want to share files. But I can't access Network Neighborhood or My Network Places(as it is in ME). I get this script error every time.quote: and then it ask me if I want to continue to run scripts on this page and if i say yes it will do it again and then stop after that. Can anybody help me on this? It would be greatly appreciated. E-Mail Me Head its just not for breakfast anymore

I would , and only if you know what you are doing, remove the network connection, (delete all components inside, adaptor and protocols), and then re-create it again. If ytou use static TCPIP make sure to WRITE down the settings (IP, subnet mask, Default Gateway,DNS, WINS) so that you can put them back again. Good luck and IM me at drewschwartz71 if you need help

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | That problem is not network related. It's all about IE 4 and up. The "network.htt" file is an HTML that provides the nifty "Network Neighborhood" graphic with the clouds and shit to the right of your network items. Go to View, Folder Options (or in 2000/ME it's Tools, Folder Options) - Select Use Windows Classic Folders and you should be cool. Me droogies: Two positions currently available.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | You know I was thinking FTL was going to solve this problem when I posted this. And as always FTL knows the answer. Now I have access to all the drives and printers on the networks. Thanks big time FTL. E-Mail Me Head its just not for breakfast anymore

O&A Board Regular Registered: Feb. 01 | You learn something each day, great job. I would never imagine to learn anything useful here at the board, especially from someone who has Spaz in their sig, but it seems that Spaz didn't run off on you. And thats a good thing.
