| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00  | Should be called "Blew Shift"...Took me 2 hours to get through on hard.The original HL took me 2 MONTHS.This game has no bosses! NONE! I remember trying to fire the rocket engines to kill the creatures in the pit in the first HL.It took forever and was very involved.This dog has nothing like that at all!The problem solving in HL was great. Just when you thought there was no way to get through a section you would find something you missed.Took a lot of time and thinking.This slice of crap could have been called "Head Crab Shift" Head crabs every 5 feet and the only other creatures were those lightning shooting guys and the shock wave shooting headless sheep looking dog things...or whatever the fuck they are.The end left me staring at the screen jaw dropped to the keyboard saying "This game SUCKS!!!" Weapons??? 9MM,357 mag,Machine gun,shot gun,RPG,grenade,satchel bombs.THATS IT! No cool research weapons.I used the rpg ONCE to take out the only tank in the game.That was it! I was saving my rpg rounds for the "Big Ending" and there wasn't one! I finished the game with all my weapons maxed out on ammo and my health and armor really high.This game should have been a free download at best.The HD pack that came with it is cool but looking at hot graphics don't make up for a dull game! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I'm sure there will be a cracked download of it available, if there isn't one out already. I honestly just haven't had the time to look, and based on all the reviews its been getting, I'm not exactly going out of my way to get it. These gaming companies should put mods out like this as free downloads (or even free but pay-for-shipping CD's for the 56k'ers), and concentrate more on full-blown sequels. | Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | That the suckiest suck that ever sucked. We've come to expect good things from the series. You shoulda checked out reviews, though; They gave it 7/10 at gamespy and ign. BTW, the lightning thing is called a slave (note the collar around the neck). I think we all know who Ant has a big FU for tomorrow.

| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | HL is doing what Streetfighter 2 did.They put a million diferent versions of the game before they made part 3.When 3 came out no one evan played it.Now HL is my favorite game for the pc and TFC is awesome but come on Siera lets count to 2 for Christs sake. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jun. 01 | Cumio, man, that's ffin dissapointing. I was going to get that tonight, however I'll find some person who made the mistake of buying it and then burn it.
