| Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01  | Anyone interested in fraggin those you know and love from opieanthony.com? I'd go for anything Half-life based, pretty much. We'll figure out how to do it if enough people seem interested. Someone could set up a server or we could just find an empty one right before the event, but then others would join in. Whatever, specifics later,... anyone up for it? Ant? :)

I basically suggested that because the people with dialup are at a huge dissadvantage vs. the people with cable or dsl. I am open to suggestions... maybe it'll work out. Your call, man. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | I got this Half-Life Three pack with Opposing Force, Half Life and CS but CS only comes with training mode evne though it doesn't say demo on it...anyway, I think it can do multiplayer nonetheless and once I get internet access for my laptop I'd totally join in. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | Well it does have internet hookup but my laptop doesn't have internet access. It pretty much has everything I think(training, config, load game, play CS, custom game, etc) but was just wondering if there's a single player Counter-Strike gama a la Half life on the disc since even though they don't say "new game" if you click where "new game" will be it does go into easy, medium, difficult which doesn't lead to anything either. I can do internet playing though if i get my laptop connected to the internet. | Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00 | Hard part is finding a good empty server. fortapache.scurvy.org:27015 is a great server that seems to be empty around afternoons. Only problem is once people get into the game, more people (who use WON or gamespy) will join. If thats not a problem, i say ping the server and see if its good for you.
