| From Dave Metzler, a LEGITIMATE CREDIBLE source if there is one:
--WWF is in serious negotiations right now with Ric Flair. There have been on-again, off-again talks since the folding of WCW, and the sticking point always revolves around money. Not sure where they stand but based upon what we understand, there is a major storyline WWF is planning to start on Monday in Charlotte and Flair would become the key person in that storyline. If the WWF wants him bad enough, they could get him, but that's also been the case from day one. One source close to the situation said that it's touch-and-go, maybe less than 50% due to details that would need to be worked out with Time Warner, who Flair is under contract to, to make the deal over the next few days. The odds have always been very strong Flair would go to WWF in a non-wrestler capacity after his Time Warner contract expires.
--Regarding future storylines, the booking plan as noted in the November 12 Observer regarding a Vince and Linda McMahon resurrecting the divorce angle to explain the planned split into two promotions seems to have been tabled, at least for now. As with all WWF decisions, these change daily and sometimes hourly, which is why the long-term continuity has been such a weakness.
--We're told that Vince McMahon and Mick Foley last week agreed to part company from a business standpoint but wanted it kept quiet. Foley's interview on Monday was scheduled to be his last TV appearance. Word we get is that the two are actually on better business terms since then. There is a chance of something on Monday to officially write Foley out, or he'll just be gone without anymore explanation than what was given.
Man, RAW is gonna be packed, it sounds like!

| WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Its about damn time. And from the rest of that story, putting 2 and 2 together, sounds like he will probably be the new WWF commissioner, or have some sort of power position. This weekend and monday is going to be some intense wrestling action, and i cant wait!

| Woooooo, Ricky is coming back :)! But what I don't get is why Foley came back for, what? 3 weeks? He just gets back and now leaves. That i just stupid. He's great, but hey, his time is over, and who better to replace him than Ric Flair.
