| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | Does anyone else think that Flair will strip Jericho of the WWF title tonight and declare it vacant because of Vince's and Booker's cheating last night? He should keep the WCW belt because he did beat the Rock even with Vince's help. If you remember earlier in the show Flair said to Jericho that whomever wins the belt at Vengeance, he will present the belt to them at Raw? I think if this does happen some scenarios could be, 1)The WWF title is declared vacant and Austin and Jericho have their rematch at Royal Rumble. The winner of the Royal Rumble (HHH???) would than meet Austin at Wrestlemania for the belt. 2)The title is declared vacant and the winner of the Rumble is the new WWF champion. 3)Austin gets a rematch tonight on Raw vs Jericho for the belt with no outside interference or he is stripped of the belt. I think this makes the least sense because Jericho would only be champ for one day and hold the most important title for one day and make his whole win, pretty meaningless. 4)Rock gets a rematch with jericho tonight for the WCW title. Winner will than fight Austin at the Royal Rumble for the unified belt. HHH than wins the Royal Rumble and helps Austin to beat the Rock to get Austin at Wrestlemania. -Than you can have a number one contender's match between Rock and HHH at the February PPV as to who gets Austin. | Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01 | I'm not sure cheating is a good enough reaqson to be stripped of the title. I mean, what about, oh, every single heel who has ever won the World Title? I mean, Jesus, Flair would be a friggin hypocrite, seeing as how as 16 time champion, he's probably won 15 of those titles with his feet on the ropes :) But seriously, usually this type of stuff is reserved for when a referee counted three and the other ref counted three for the other guy, or stuff like that. By cheating, Y2J was just doing something that would merit a rematch, which I'm sure might be the main event tonight, but not an all out stripping of the titles. As for Flair presenting the belts, I think it might lead to Jericho beating the shit out of Flair or something, and who knows it might cause Flair to suspend Jericho and strip him of the belt because of that, but even that is unlikely in my book. I do think that in the next two weeks, though, that there will be a controversy that makes Flair recognize one man as champion and Vince recognize another guy. After all, with the promotion splitting on Jan 7th, what better reason to split than a dispute over who the real champion is, and what better way to keep both title belts as each promotion's belt, anyway? The thing is, I don't think it will stem form last night. I don't know, it could, but stripping Jericho for cheating would be kinda lame. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Hello, good points. My main point was that somehow someway, Jericho will not be the only champion after tonight. I expect Flair to get much more involved especially since Vince cheap shotted him last night. With Flair presenting Jericho the unified belt tonight, something will happen, whether a rematch, stripping of the WWF title, something. Raw should be good tonight and Flair will be greatly involved with Jericho and Vince. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 01 | Remember, Flair is only 50% in power. Vince can still control things round the WWF. I don't think Y2J will be stripped. I am 99% sure he will br forced to defend his title vs. Austin and HHH returns and does his comeback that we have discussed so much. If he doesn't show up at tonight's Raw, then I don't know what will happen. | ||||
