| We start with video from last week's #1 Contender Match, where The Undertaker helped Chris Jericho earn an Undisputed Title shot tonight, then from last night's Raw, when Undertaker bloodied Hulk Hogan and left him for dead in the ring. The SmackDown! video rolls, the pyros explode, and we are LIVE from Pittsburgh! Tonight, Hogan defends the Title against Jericho. But first...
Rikishi & The Hurricane vs. Billy & Chuck (Tag Titles)
Rikishi and Billy start off, with Billy scoring a knee and a few punches before being shoved away. Billy comes back with a headbutt, but Rikishi knocks him down. Billy looks for a Sunset Flip, but quickly tags in Chuck at the sight of Rikishi's ass. Chuck runs in and gets powerslammed by Rikishi. Legdrop by Rikishi. Tag to Hurricane, who goes up top for a super Sunset Flip 1-2-kickout.
Headscissors by Hurricane. Helms looks for the chokeslam, but Billy runs in and breaks the hold. Billy leapfrogs Helms into Chuck, who hits Hurricane with an overhead belly-belly suplex 1-2-shoulder up. Stomps by Chuck, then a roundhouse punch. Tag to Billy.
Billy chokes Hurricane on the ropes, but Helms comes back with a swinging DDT. Tag to Chuck, but Hurricane floats over his back and hits a falling neckbreaker. Tag to Rikishi. Rikishi storms in with knockdown punch after knockdown punch. Superkick to Chuck. Rikishi Backs That Ass Up into Billy and Chuck. Back bodydrop to Chuck. Rikishi looks for the StinkFace on Billy, but Rico pulls him out of harm's way. Rikishi hits Chuck with a Samoan Drop. Tag to Hurricane, who hits a flying crossbody on Chuck, but Billy distracts the ref. Rico runs in and hits Helms with a spinning heel kick as Billy beats on Rikishi. He rolls Chuck on top 1-2-3!
After the match, Rikishi Superkicks Chuck out of the ring. He and Billy run away, allowing Hurricane to hit Rico with the chokeslam! Stinkface to Rico!
In the back, Lance Storm and Val Venis are talking, when Kurt Angle comes up on them. He says that it's a shame that these two incredible performers have done nothing on SmackDown! but bet on Mark Henry. Angle displays his new shirt which says "American Hero, it's true, it's true! I've got gold, how 'bout you?" He offers one of them the chance to model the shirt in the ring with him. Val reads it and claims the shirt sucks. Storm however takes up Angle on the offer, but he's concerned the fans might boo him. Angle says that he's the only thing Pittsburgh has left to cheer, claiming that Super Mario's comeback was faked for sympathy. Fade Out.
Kurt Angle's T-Shirt Ceremony
Kurt makes his way out to his hometown crowd, yet gets just as much heat as he does nationwide. Following Angle is Lance Storm in the new shirt, which on the back lists all of Angle's accomplishments. First of all, Angle tells them that Storm does not suck. He may be Canadian, but he's still cool, because he's wearing the real Kurt Angle t-shirt, designed by Kurt himself. Because of all the listing on the shirt, it's only available in XXL or larger.
Angle knows the people of Pittsburgh are having a hard time balancing their budgets, since they're mostly unemployed. But if they were smart, they'd take the money they spend on beer and porno, and put it to good use.
Rob Zombie hits, and Edge makes his way out on stage. Edge says that he wants to buy a t-shirt, along with everyone else here. Not that there's anything wrong with Angle's shirt, but there's a better one out there. Val Venis comes out on stage, displaying Edge's shirt from last week, proudly displaying the "You Suck" message.
Angle thought that Edge would have learned his lesson by now, but he hasn't learned a damn thing. So Angle wants another match, at Judgement Day, after which Edge will be the one that sucks. In fact, he'll be sucking his food through a tube because Angle inflicts so much pain. Storm whispers something in Edge's ear. Angle says that Storm makes a good point. He can destroy Edge anyday, anywhere, but it'd be much better to humiliate him. Why doesn't Edge put his hair on the line? If Angle wins, Edge has to shave his head. Edge agrees to the match, but Angle has to shave his head. Val gets on the mic and says that, in the words of another WWF superstar, if you wanna see Kurt Angle get his head shaved, give him a 'You Suck!' The fans of course tell Angle he sucks. Angle says that the match is on. Fade Out.
Earlier today, Stacy Keibler came up on a training Orton, wishing him good luck and kissing him on the cheek.
Hardcore Holly vs. Randy Orton
Holly pulls Orton down, but Orton drop toeholds him down. Dropkick by Orton 1-2-shoulder up. Hardcore kicks Orton in the gut and clubs him into the corner. Chops by Holly. Orton goes over Holly and looks for the Oklahoma Roll 1-2-kickout.
Powerbomb by Holly, followed with stomps. Holly chokes Orton on the ropes and gives him the Textbook Dropkick. Punches in the corner by Holly, then chops. Holly with a boot, but he runs into a powerslam 1-2-kickout. Punches by Orton, then a springboard legdrop 1-2-shoulder up. Flying forearm by Orton, then a back bodydrop. Holly low blows Orton, causing a DQ.
Hardcore tosses Orton out of the ring and drags him up the ramp. Holly shoves the ref away and Alabama Slams Orton onto the steel stage. Fade Out.
In the back, Faarooq shows Mark Henry all the money he's won off of Henry's Feats of Strength. He says that Mark deserves some of the money. Henry takes some money, but Faarooq takes it back and gives him a little less. D-Von runs in and says that he can take that dirty, sinful money and clean it so that the man upstairs will shine his light on them. A dollar is a terrible thing to waste. Henry tells him to testify his ass out of their room, lest he do something sinful. D-Von says that they should step back, lest lightning strike them down.
In the back, Vince says that he wants to give Stacy lots of kisses. He goes to plant a kiss on Stacy's belly-button, when Chris Jericho bursts in. Jericho says that he needs Vince to make it so that Hogan can't intentionally DQ himself. Vince makes it a No-DQ match. Then Jericho says that Undertaker said he wants to face Hulk Hogan, so how can he be sure Undertaker won't interfere? Vince says that he and Flair have agreed that any wrestler who crosses shows will be immediately suspended. Then Jericho says that he can't trust that Triple H won't try to take him out. Vince says that if he were to do so, it would be career suicide. Jericho, extremely pleased, says that this is his night. Vince tells Stacy that it's their night also, so they better get busy. He opens his mouth, seemingly attempting to swallow Stacy whole as we Fade Out.
Edge & The Big Valbowski vs. Kurt Angle & Lance Storm
Angle and Edge start off, with Angle chopping away on Edge. Edge turns the tables and hits a boot, then a missle dropkick from the second rope 1-2-kickout. Tag to Val, who immediately chops Angle down and stomps away. Back elbow by Val, then an elbow drop and a knee drop 1-2-kickout.
Angle explodes up with a clothesline. Tag to Lance Storm, who kicks Val in the gut. Chops by Storm. Val comes back with a few running knees and a Russian legsweep. Val applies a submission, but Angle stomps Val off the hold. Tag to Edge.
Storm slides under Edge's legs, but Edge hits him with a face-first slam 1-2-shoulder up. Edge beats Angle off the apron, but that allows Storm to take him down. Tag to Angle. Clubs and stomps by Angle, then a vertical suplex 1-2-kickout. Tag to Storm.
Storm with a huge standing dropkick. Storm smashes Edge down by his hair. Tag to Angle, but Edge hits a back elbow. German suplex by Angle. Tag to Storm, who again smashes Edge by his hair. Legdrop by Storm 1-2-kickout. Edge starts punching his way up, but Storm drop toeholds him down. Tag to Angle.
Kurt and Storm double team on Edge after Val fails to even the score. Storm wrenches Edge back with a chickenwing, but Edge whips Storm out. Storm goes for the springboard clothesline, but Edge drops and powerslams Storm down. Tag to Valbowski and Angle.
Clothesline by Val, then another, then one to Storm. Diving shoulder to Angle and a powerslam on Storm. Angle runs up and hits Val with a German suplex. Val elbows out and powerbombs Angle 1-2-broken by Storm. Val flips over Edge and Storm, allowing Edge to hit a double flying clothesline. Edge and Storm fight outside, while inside, Angle hits Val with an overhead belly-belly. Edge runs in and Spears Angle, but Storm takes him over the top. Val crawls to Angle and pins 1-2-kickout!
Angle runs into a spinebuster, and Val goes up top. Storm runs up, distracting Val long enough to allow Angle run run up and Superplex Val down 1-2-shoulder up! Angle drops the straps and yells at Val, only for Edge to run in and beat him down. Edge tosses Storm over the top, and Val rolls Angle up. Teddy Long yells for Edge to get out of the ring, not seeing the pin attempt. Lance runs in and SuperKicks Val, allowing Angle to reverse the roll up 1-2-3! Fade Out.
The Y2J Countdown hits 0.00, and the Ayatollah, the Larger Than Life Living Legend, Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring. Jericho says that these jackasses can't bring him down. Tonight, he is the King of the World, the Mack Daddy! Last week, he pinned Triple H for the chance to take the Undisputed Title from Hulk Hasbeen. He's going to do what "The Shame" couldn't do at Backlash and become the Undisputed Champion.
Oh but there's more. Tonight, he's also going to do the thing every WWF Superstar has always wanted to do, cementing his status as the living legend in this business: he will stab a stake through the heart of Hulkamania. Hulkamania will run wild no more. Tonight, Hulkamania is running out of time. The seconds are ticking away as we speak. Jericho quiets down to hear the seconds ticking away, when The Game's music hits.
Triple H makes his way out to the stage, even after Vince has proclaimed that he can not lay a hand on Jericho until after the Undisputed Title match. Triple H gets right in Jericho's face and smiles. Jericho says Trips came out because he's jealous of him, and there's nothing he can do about it. If he touches Jericho, he'll be committing career suicide. Jericho was the first ever Undisputed Champion, for four long months, while Triple H was a four-week embarassment. Jericho begs Triple H to punch him. All the while, Triple H just keeps smiling. Jericho changes tactics, now claiming that Triple H is scared of Jericho. He knows that he can't stop Jericho from destroying Hulkamania and regaining the Undisputed Championship.
Trips says that he's not smiling because he wants to punch Jericho. He's smiling because he knows something Jericho doesn't. He knows that there is no way in hell Jericho will become the Undisputed Title tonight. With that, he drops the mic and walks off, laughing at a confused Jericho. Fade Out.
Faarooq & Mark Henry vs. Christian & Test
Henry and Test start off, with Henry shoving Test into the corner. Christian gets in a cheap shot, allowing Test to explode with offense. Tag to Christian. He and Test double team on Henry, but Mark double clotheslines them both down. Front drop slam to Christian. Tag to Faarooq, who extends his knee. Henry picks Christian up and drops him on Faarooq's knee.
Test clotheslines Faarooq down and tags himself in. Stomps by Test, then elbows in the corner. Clothesline in the corner by Test, then another. Tag to Christian. Faarooq with clotheslines to Chrsitian and Test, then a powerslam to Christian 1-2-broken by Test. Henry clotheslines Test over the top and beats on him on the outside, as D-Von begins collecting for the D-Von Building Fund.
Meanwhile in the ring, Faarooq beats on Christian, but he keeps being distracted by D-Von. He and Henry go over and yell at D-Von for distracting them. Faarooq takes the donation box and throws the money back to the fans. D-Von clubs Henry in the back, causing the World's Strongest Man to chase after him. Meanwhile in the ring, Faarooq hits Test with a spinebuster, but there's no one to watch his back as Christian hits the Unprettier 1-2-3! Fade Out.
Tajiri vs. Billy Kidman (Cruiserweight Title)
Tajiri starts by kicking into Kidman's knees, but Kidman hits a leaping hurricanrana from the secondrope. Springboard armdrag by Kidman, but Tajiri comes back with a low dropkick to the knee. Stomps to the knee, then Tajiri smashes it into the ropes. Knee stomp by Tajiri. He goes for it again, but Kidman rolls over him and rolls Tajiri up 1-2-kickout.
Dragon Screw by Tajiri, who then locks Kidman into the Tree of Woe, dropkicking into that knee. Tajiri wrenches the knee, but Kidman hits an enziguri. Kidman with an off-the-ropes clothesline. Tajiri goes for the backflip elbow, but Kidman leaps and dropkicks him in the back 1-2-shoulder up.
Tajiri with a spinning heel kick. He looks for a powerbomb, but Kidman counters and hits a powerbomb of his own 1-2-shoulder up. Tajiri ducks a clothesline and hits a reverse thrust kick 1-2-shoulder up. Tajiri goes for the Tarantula, but Kidman pushes him over the top. Torrie attempts to help Tajiri up, while Kidman yells for her to get out of the way. Kidman dives for Tajiri, but Tajiri pulls Torrie in front of him, forcing her to take the impact. Kidman reaches down to help her, but Tajiri gives him the Kick of Death. He pushes Kidman back in the ring and gives him another Kick of Death 1-2-3!
In the back, Vince puts his belt back on as Stacy tidies up her shirt. Vince says that he needs to see Triple H, so Stacy goes to get him. Fade Out.
Stacy comes back with Triple H. Vince tells her to go get some coffee. Vince says that, since he and Trips are still technically related, he feels obligated to tell Triple H face-to-face that, if he interferes in the match tonight, his career is over. It will be Game Over. Trips smiles in Vince's face and walks off. Fade Out.
Main Event: Hulk Hogan vs. Chris Jericho (No-DQ; Undisputed Title)
They lock up to start, and Hogan just tosses Jericho away. They lock up again, and again Hogan tosses Jericho away, falling through the ropes to the floor. Headlock by Hogan, but Jericho turns it into a wristlock. Hogan uses the crowd to reverse the hold back into the headlock. Shoulder block by Hogan, then a hiptoss and a scoop slam. Hogan wrenches Jericho's arm and elbows it down. Jericho comes back with a back suplex. Stomps by the mocking Jericho, but he misses the elbow drop. Punches by Hogan, but Jericho gets a back elbow. Jericho goes up top, but Hogan tosses him to the mat. Punches in the corner by Hogan, then the 10 Punch. Hogan tries to bite Jericho's head, but Y2J pushes him down to the mat. Knockdown punches by Jericho, then chops in the corner. Jericho chokes Hogan in the corner, but misses a diving shoulder, flying over the top to the floor below.
On the outside, Hogan beats away on Jericho, smashing him into the apron. Jericho rams Hogan's shoulder into the ringpost, then his head into the barrier. Jericho goes up top and hits an elbow drop to Hogan on the outside.
Back in the ring, Jericho chokes Hogan on the ropes, then again. Jericho unwraps some tape off his wrists and chokes Hogan with it. Jericho goes for a running legdrop on the ropes, but Hogan rolls away and Jericho lands on the ropes. Hogan hits a couple standing elbow drops, but misses a running elbow drop. Jericho comes back with a bulldog and the Lionsault.
As Jericho hits the Lionsault, Triple H's music hit and The Game marches down to the ring. He gets to the ring and starts laughing at Jericho. Trips takes a seat at the commentating booth, as Jericho yells at The Game. Hogan comes back with punches, but Jericho ducks the Big Boot and hits a DDT 1-2-kickout.
Jericho punches Hogan, but The Hulkster starts Hulking up! He blocks the punches and fires back. Big Boot by Hogan. He goes for the Leg Drop, but Jericho rolls towards him, tripping Hogan into the Walls of Jericho! Hogan crawls to the ropes, forcing Jericho to break the hold. Jericho goes outside and gets a chair. Triple H asks if it's getting cold in here, as Jericho nails Hogan with the chair. "Rollin" hits and Jericho jumps on the ropes, waiting for Taker with the chair. Hogan staggers to his feet and rolls Jericho up 1-2-3!
As soon as the bell rings, Triple H storms the ring and attacks Jericho, beating him out of the ring. Jericho angrily storms up the ring, but The Game runs right after him, leaving Hulk Hogan to celebrate his successful Title defense. End Show.
