Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Sorry no caps locks here, but I found this today: Eric Bischoff received his full release from the AOL Time Warner version of WCW today. Bischoff had been working under a contract signed last April, when he returned to WCW with Vince Russo. Bischoff is now free to pursue other opportunities and an announcement pertaining to his future plans is expected to come down within the next 24 hours.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | quote: You do know that WCW is now entirely owned by the WWF, right? You know that it's been this way for weeks now, right? You also know that Bisch has no control over the fate of WCW, hasn't worked for AOL Time Warner for a WHILE (not just recently), so Bisch would have no way to be in "talks" with the WWF about any invasion angles? Don't be a Drudge Jr. Check your sources. Read EVERYTHING YOU CAN on the 'net before posting inane garbage. Me droogies: Two positions currently available.

Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Just to clear up more issues I found this also: After receiving his full release from AOL/Time Warner, former WCW Executive Vice President Eric Bischoff has just signed to become the new Executive Vice President of the new Canadian upstart promotion called MatRats.com. The following Press Release was issued earlier today: Calgary, Alberta - Digital Artisans Guild Inc. (CDNX – "DAG") is very pleased to announce the 'world class' addition of Eric Bischoff to its Board of Directors and as the Executive Vice President of Development for DAG'S MatRats property, an exciting new "sports entertainment reality series" aimed at the under 21 year old crowd. Several weeks ago DAG staged a live MatRats showcase with Eric Bischoff and his long time business associate and friend Jason Hervey of Mandalay Sports Entertainment present. Mr. Bischoff's comment at the end of the show, to the wrestlers, was that "this is the most exciting thing I have seen in sports entertainment in 10 years."

O&A Board Regular Registered: Feb. 01 | This just off the wire, Hulk Hogan is old, and Randy Savage is working on a new finishing move. Details are sketchy at this time, but it sources tell me that it has something to do with dropping an elbow or something. Bischoff has as much chance getting part ownership of WCW as I have banging Lita.
