O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00	1.Best Wrestler- * Kurt Angle- After losing the WWF Title, he has maintained the right attitude and has been in some really good matches and had good performances. 2.Best Tag Team- * The Dudley Boyz- I dont count Austin and Triple H,and Jericho and Benoit because they arent real Tag Teams, The Dudleyz have gotten over tremendously as faces, and now with a heal turn looking imminent that is when the Dudleys are at their best. 3.Best Babyface- * The Rock- He still gets the biggest pops and his return in about a month should go over well. 4.Best Heel- * Triple H - He is the best heel and works the crowd as a heel better than anybody in the business. 5.Best Newcomer- * Rhyno- no doubt. He has been a monster since coming in and is starting to receive mega pops when he enters the ring. In due time, Rhyno is going to receive a big push. 6.Most Promising- * Edge- Now that Edge won the King of the Ring, hopefully a singles push is in store for him and he has all the talent needed to be a superstar on his own. 7.Best Group/Alliance- * McMahon/Austin/HHH- They didnt get much of a chance to rule with the Triple H injury, but the stable had alot of power. 8.Best PPV- * Wrestlemania X-Seven- If Wrestlemania isnt the best Pay Per View of the year, then the WWF didnt do their job. 9.Best Match- * TLC 2 for WWF tag titles: Dudleyz vs E&C vs Hardyz (WM X-Seven)- You cant argue with the effort of these guys. 10.Best Feud- * Triple H and Stone Cold vs Undertaker and Kane- there really hasnt been a great feud this year yet, but this one was the best. 11.Best Announcer- * Jim Ross- the best Play by Play man in the business. 12.Best Storyline- * Shane Mcmahon buys WCW- doesnt get any bigger than that. 13.Biggest News- * Vince Mcmahon purchases WCW- just slightly beats out the Rock being in Mummy Returns.

Psychopath Registered: May. 01	1. Stone Cold!! His heel turn has been tremendous and it's only getting better. He's been totally vicious in the ring also! 2. Dudley Boys! Another heel turn that's looking good and their in-ring work has been brutal and excellent as usual! 3. Undertaker! The stalker angle has shown fans that he is a human being! 4. Stone Cold Steve Austin! nuff said! 5. Rhyno! He's shown a lot of good work since debuting! 6. Tajiri! Although we haven't seen it yet, this guy has an immense amount of talent and just needs the green light from Vince! 7. Mcmahon-Austin! HHH is out of this one right now, but it doesn't seem like they need him! 8. Wrestlemania has to get this one, cause of the Austin heel turn! 9. WWF title: The Rock vs Stone Cold (WM X-Seven) 10. Vince-Shane 11. Paul Heyman! E.C.W.!!! Heyman has stepped in and filled lawler's shoes very well! 12. Stone Cold aligns with Vince McMahon and Triple H 13. Vince Mcmahon purchases WCW That's just the way I see it all!! TAG TEAM CHAMPS DO IT WITH TABLES! GRADUATE OF THE SLACKJAW SCHOOL OF NEWBIE KNOWLEDGE!

Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls... The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon. I've graduated AmishBabeinPa and Brittney from the School of Altered Reality :)

Psychopath Registered: Feb. 01	1.Best Wrestler- * Stone Cold Steve Austin I really want to go with Triple H, but to see what Austin has done considering the shape his body (and neck) are in, and to have matches like he had with Benoit and all sorts of guys over the past few months is simply breathtaking. You gotta give him this just because he should legally be a cripple and yet puts on consistently great matches. 2.Best Tag Team- * Edge and Christian I really never get into the other two TLC teams anymore as they are boring and cliched (enough with the tables and swantons), the other two are "superteams" and not real tag teams as their primary goals are singles gold, and who's more charismatic than E&C? Of course, NOW it sems they are like the "superteams", caring about singles gold, but they were a team most of the half-year, so nod goes to them. 3.Best Babyface- * Chris Jericho Man, not a big year for faces, huh? Rock only wrestled the first three months, so he's out. I hate Taker and Kane, so I can't vote them even if they deserved it. And they didn't, as they bored me to tears when they were in the main event storyline. And I like Jericho a wee bit more than Benoit, especially in the charisma department. So, there. 4.Best Heel- * Kurt Angle Talk about unfair. We go from the dearth of faces to a category full of all guys that deserve it! Austin will be Heel of the Year, hands down, but I can't give him this based on only three months work, and he's only clicked the last month anyway. He'll win it for the year, though, as I said, and is maybe on his way to being the greatest heel ever. That said, Angle wins out in a closely contested race between the other four, if only for the fact that I cry laughing everytime he's on TV a fraction of a percentage more than with Regal. It's true. It's true. 5.Best Newcomer- * Rhyno Tajiri might win it for the year, but too soon to tell. As for the others, compared to Rhyno? No contest. WTF is Heyman doing there? He's not a wrestler. 6.Most Promising- * Tajiri Edge is a close second, but we all know what Tajiri is capable of. 7.Best Group/Alliance- * McMahon/Austin/HHH Yup. What the hell was X-factor doing there? Two categories in the last three with a freaky nomination. I mean, I can even take Justin Credible for Newcomer, but Heyman and now X-factor? Geez. 8.Best PPV- * Wrestlemania X-Seven Could conceivably be the greatest PPV ever. No lie. 9.Best Match- * WWF title: The Rock vs Stone Cold (WM X-Seven) Was real tempted for the No Way Out match and TLC of course, but this match was great. First off, it was the damn main event in Wrestlemania, making it "special", but the match had brilliant psychology and some of the stuff like Austin getting out of the Million Dollar Dream because he remembered the Bret Hart match at MSG (I was there! HA!)was so cool when you think about it. The ending rocked as well. Keep in mind, Austin was in two of the top three matches of the half-year IMO and Wrestlemania had two of the top three as well. What does that tell you? Austin and Wrestlemania 17 RULE! 10.Best Feud- * Vince McMahon vs Shane McMahon When you add WCW v. WWF to it, it takes on another level. How can any rivalry be better than WCW v. WWF? 11.Best Announcer- * Jim Ross All the other ones are great, too, but JR is the best. Period. Honorable mention to Heyman, who didn't deserve to be on the Newcomer list, but definitely deserves some props here for the job he's done. 12.Best Storyline- * Shane Mcmahon buys WCW Again, what's bigger than WCW v. WWF? 13.Biggest News- * Vince Mcmahon purchases WCW Well, DUH!!!!!!! HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO!

He's just on a much higher level than everyone else. 2.Best Tag Team- * Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit The tag team division has been pretty weak so far, so they win by default. 3.Best Babyface- * The Rock I personally don't like him, but he always pops the crowd. 4.Best Heel- * Triple H Nobody draws heat better. 5.Best Newcomer- * Tajiri Everyone who watched ECW knows how awesome he is. If you don't know yet, you will... 6.Most Promising- * Albert I only pick Albert, because the other guys aren't getting much better than they already are. Albert could be great in the future, but he has a long way to go. 7.Best Group/Alliance- * Jericho/Benoit Again, they get the nod by default, since the other options are pretty weak. 8.Best PPV- * Wrestlemania X-Seven No explanation needed. 9.Best Match- * Ladder match for IC title: Chris Benoit vs Chris Jericho (Royal Rumble) Best match of the choices you gave, but not the best match of the year so far. HHH/Austin vs. Benoit/Jericho, Benoit vs. Angle (WM match, 3 falls match, and cage match), and Benoit vs. Austin were all better, IMO. But Rock vs. Austin is close. 10.Best Feud- * Triple H vs Stone Cold Steve Austin I liked the Benoit vs. Angle feud better, but it wasn't one of the choices. 11.Best Announcer- * Jim Ross Not nearly as good as he once was, but still the best. 12.Best Storyline- * Shane Mcmahon buys WCW Storylines have been weak as hell this year. 13.Biggest News- * Vince Mcmahon purchases WCW Why is this even a question?

Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	I know that this one might be harder to determine do to there being so many Raws and Smackdowns! But I would like to add, Best TV (non PPV) match of the year? I would like to nominate that Angle/Benoit cage match about a month ago for the award. Other nominees could be -TLC 3 -Austin/HHH vs. Jericho/Benoit when HHH got hurt.

Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	1. Best Wrestler- Chris Benoit. It says simply best WRESTLER, based on just that Benoit' work has been better than average every show. He also has had some spectacular moments that solidified him as a top guy (Angle cage match, Jericho Ladder match, Angle 2 of 3 falls, Carrying Stone Cold to good matches) 2.Best Tag Team- Edge and Christian beat out the Duds do to their all around performance in the ring on on the mikes. 7 time champs. 3.Best Face- Undertaker. This guy gets the biggest pops there are. The crowd flat out loves him. It might have been The Rock but you gotta take points off for him getting booed at WM-X7. 4.Best Heel- "olympic Hero," Kurt Angle. You might say HHH for this catergory but HHH was certainly getting pops leading up to the Austin alliance. Angle will only get cheers from the Smarks, the normal fans absolutely continue to despise him and his "Olympic Dickhead" attitude. Angle uses the classic formula of insulting the crowd, and having annoying catch phrases (Three I's and Its True) while being a weasel at heart and showing a bit of a mean streak. 5. Best Newcomer- Rhyno. The crowd is absolutely electric during his matches. He lays it all out in the ring. Honorble Mention to Raven. Great beating he took at WM-X7 at the hands of the giants. 6.Potential-Albert. This guy can get around the ring well and shows the most intense and realistic looking power moves inthe Fed. Gotta see how hes gonna progress on the stick. 7.Best Alliance- HHH/Vince/Austin A few million watts of heel power here. (Honorable mention to the dream of Trish's vag being alligned with Lita's tounge). 8.Best PPV- Is this an actual question? WM-X7 9.Best Match- Tie. Shane vs. Vince at WM Shane vs. Angle at KOTR Great spots, well spread out. Good pacing and storytelling. Crowd was hot. 10.Best Feud- I wouldn't put a shining endorsement around this pick, but I think it has to be Stone Cold/Rock. It was a few years in the waiting and it delivered pretty well. 11. Best Announcer- I heard that JR guy isn't too bad at what he does. I give it to him, among other thins, simply for how hard he sold Austin's heel turn. I thought he was gonna hurt himself. 12. Storyline- Invasion 13. Biggest News- Vince buys WCW.
