| Psychopath Registered: May. 01  | ...if this Monday night on Raw during the Angle/Booker T rematch, Ric Flair comes out and does a beat down on Angle (who'd win by DQ). Then on Smackdown Flair comes out and cuts a vicious promo on Angle, talking about the history of the WCW title (although technically it only goes back to 91, I'm throwing in the NWA stuff too) and running down the list of names to hold the belt. His motivation could be that he was sickened seeing a WWF wrestler win the WCW title. Then at Summerslam he wins the belt with the help of the returning Sting. So right there you drastically increased the chances of WCW/ECW surviving independently of the WWF and until that happens you continue the feud between WWF and WCW/ECW. Come on Vince, make it happen. Not likely but I can dream I guess. ------------------- But there's also this: there are over 5,000 men in this city, who know that being a policeman is an endless, glamourless, thankless job that's gotta be done. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | id mark out if Ric Flair came back, but not to wrestle Kurt, because they are my 2 favorites, as well as Scott Steiner, who i would want to come back too. Anyway, it is a great idea though. It could also go the other way and let Ric be in the WWF and rip Shane for disgracing WCW (remember, even in WCW shows, Flair said that he and Vince were still tight). It could go either way. Personally, id rather see him as a heel raving lunatic rather than a face raving lunatic. | Hanger-On Registered: Apr. 01 | I'd mark out for that. What an great match Flair would have with Angle in theory. But on the final episode of Nitro, Flair and Sting sucked. | ||||
