| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | The show was just amazing. Best thing I've ever been to. They played almost all of the 2nd album and 1 song of the 1st album (not "This Side of Brightness" Doh!). Still, no complaints whatsoever, the Thursday crowd is fuckin nuts. I got my ass kicked. Man, what a show, no other words can do it justice. FUCKING SWEET. they are so fuckin great live. the other bands there were alright also, especially From Autumn to Ashes who also rock. this show was amazing. i got kicked in the face about 40 times, and every time the lead singer geoff would come by we right next to the stage would get plowed into it, crushing whatever part of your body that was pressed against it. it was an amazing show. it can't rain all the time | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | From Autumn to Ashes was cool, but I'd have to listen to a CD to get a real feel for their music. They had mic problems during their set and at one point had the crowd sing a whole song for them which was pretty funny. I was also put off by the fact that they spent 10 minutes plugging their later gigs before they played. I don't know if this is common practice cuz I don't go to many shows, but I found it annoying. First play, then plug. Thursday didn't plug at all. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 01 | im pretty sure it wasnt "this side of brightness" that they played. where were you in the crowd? i was dead center right on the stage. i have bruises on my chest/stomach from being smashed into it. it was worth it. im also partially def in my left ear. i still have ringing in it. i hope it goes away soon. :D it can't rain all the time | ||||

Then, when Thursday came on, I tried to get as close as possible, and got about 3 "rows" from the stage to the left. Everyone was just pushing each other like crazy. I didn't get injured or anything but I was drenched in sweat by the end. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Yea, this show was better because Bouncing Souls played afterwards and they kick ass live. Thursday was great as usual, even thought their set list was a little shorter probably because they weren't headlining. I'm dying for them to play more off the 1st album, but I guess they only have a limited amount of time, and they like the new shit better. Still nothin like being in a mosh pit for 90 minutes straight. They are playing Brooklyn again 4/11 and Asbury Park for the surf and skate thing, I forget the date. | Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | moshing at a Thursday show? i could understand for FATA being that they're screamo and just fucking amazing, but i can't picture people getting hyped and starting a pit for Thursday, glad to know they sounded good live though, i saw them at the Riverfront Rampage over the summer and they sucked big time... | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | they're not one of my favorite bands, but as far as straight "emo" goes they're about the only band i like. i might have to go another show, and see them play indoors, cuz everyone else i know who's seen them live has said they're amazing. still find the pits for them a bit odd, guess i will have to see that for myself, if it's hopping enough maybe i'll have to go in there and throw a few spinkicks... | ||||
