| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | i watched it. It was ok, but the guy talking is an asshole. What I don't understand is the way they explained David Blaine's ice trick. He said that he had a double with a trap door underneath and they took turns being in the ice. I can deal with that it was only 50 degrees in there like they said, but Blaine did it in the middle of Times Square in front of the ABC Good Morning America building. With people walking by 24 hours a day. He was wearing a shirt and jeans, no mask or costume.  | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Blaine was standing up the entire time on 44th and Broadway in front of ABS studios where thousands even millions of tourists walk by every day. I walked by it and you could pretty much see his face through the ice. i think Fox is full of shit on that one. The laying down thing was his first trick. I forgot exactly what it was. Blaine is probably the 2nd best known magician after David Copperfield and is worth a ton of money. I honestly dont believe that they had a look a like come through the floor. ABC would have a lot of explaining to do if they did put a trap door in their studios. I dont know if he was in the ice the entire time but I guarantte there is much more to the trick than just a stupid stunt double. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 02 | The way FOX set up their stunt, I can undestand how it was pulled off. But I think that Blaines trick is a little more complicated. Id also like to know how he does his levitation trick. Ive never seen him do it "live" on tv. Only on his pre-recorded, edited specials. He always is off to the side of the screen, making it easy to fake. | ||||
