Who knows anything about publically posting IP addresses? I was reading through the alt.fan.blah.blah.blah site that sblueman posted and noticed that they posted IP addresses.

Slug if your concerned about internet security I got news for you there isn't any..IP addresses should be the least of your problems and we know you have lots..Try Anonymous Surfing when your in the gay porn sites.

They can't really do a whole lot with those addresses. Spamming a newsgroup isn't exactly a crime, so they can't cry to your ISP about it. They could try to do a denial of service attack on you, but these guys seem to like the legit way of solving problems over the hacker way, so I doubt that would happen.
