| Psychopath Registered: Sep. 01 | I cannot believe what I am witnessing. At the start of the season I had dreams of Subway Series II and exctasy in the streets but was soon crestfallen when in a fell swoop the Mets were swiped of playoff dreams with a tragic beginning to the season. But now, what is this I see? The Mets are actually beating teams they SHOULD beat rather than splitting games with them. They are getting the lucky breaks that playoff teams so often receive and are taking EVERY advantage of them. Players that are usually just considered gap fillers are playing like they are All-Stars. And more. While a devoted Yankees fan. I can always admire a team that would make for an exciting finish to the season. And being a Yankee fan, I cannot help but laugh hysterically when ARMANBLOW pulls his playoff magic at anytime for the Mets. Be that as it may, go Mets, maybe not another Subway Series in their future, but the dreams of it are good enough for me.  | ||||
