| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00  | This guy is the man fully responsible for bringing the Giants to a respectable level in the NFL. Unfortunately, he passed away last night at age 71. He will be missed by all, and remembered as a football genius. His first ever draft pick while GM of the Giants was Phil Simms, and that worked out pretty well :). He also drafted LT, and made Parcells the coach when no one else wanted him to. He was also a big believer in drafting talent instead of signing free agents, because he knew that free agency would screw up football, and it kind of has so far. The man will be missed by the entire NFL, especially the Giants. Go Knicks, Giants, Rangers, and Rutgers Men's Basketball (now 6-2) | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Even though I'm a Jets fan fan, I will mourn his passing. He was A very intelligent man who was equally adept at discussing the civil war or football. he started his career with the old baltimore colts but is of course best known as the man who helped turn around the NY Giants. He was a semi regular on the Mike & the Mad Dog (when they were worth listening to ) and he was always an interesting guest.  | ||||

| Hanger-On Registered: Mar. 01 | My brother's friend married Wellinton Mara's daughter, so I actually got to meet Mr. Young at a party. I'm a Steeler fan. But what a great guy to talk football with. Damn. He was GM and he could have walked into Anybar USA and blended in. Football lost someone who really cares more about the game then the money in it. RIP Mr Young. | ||||
