This Kneifel guy is chief steward of CART, and evidently kicked one of the rookies out of the Milwaukee race for rough driving, which I can see, but then he does this???:

Kneifel also penalized Alex Tagliani with a loss of position for blocking Alex Zanardi on the final lap, swapping their 11th- and 12th-place finishes.

I guess you're supposed to LET people pass you in this form of racing, I dunno.

They HAVE to penalize you for everything in CART. If these cars get stuck in a stiff breeze they fall apart. Boring. Go Jeff, title number four in 2001.
