well, the second accident wasn't your fault, so it shouldn't go up since the other parties insurance paid for it..

And it's hard to believe that your insurance company didn't go up because you slipped on ice.. unless you weren't speeding or anything.. if it was just a freak of nature, i guess it wouldn't go up..

Yep, reported them both.

Only worries I had were doing $5,000+ damage from the spin, late night luckily not drinking stopped spinning by hitting a divider, and in NJ even if the accident doesn't seem to be your fault they can still assign a percentage of it to you. I think NJ is one a very few states where that can happen.

NJM is NJ based, but you have to have a good record to be accepted. I think the employer restrictions have been lifted.
