Because they are in evil corporation... example... If your a film student (meaning your film is for non profit and not even entered into festival of any kind) and you use any music or likeness, they will find you and sue you. Nice guys huh? Walt would be so proud

I'm not a film student, but I think they send a wholesome message to kids, as opposed to all the profanity, violence, sex and disrespect that a lot of other companies produce.

Besides, DisneyWorld is the happiest place on earth, so how bad can it be?

because they don't have employees, they have cast members. Working at Disney is not like being in a movie. They be some fucked up people. And if you look at some of the cover art or scenes in some of the more recent movies, you will see they are not so wholesome(the priest with the boner in the Littile Mermaid)
