This Is My Favorite Segment, I'd Like It To Remain 21 Questions Long.

I always enjoyed how they will play viral videos on the show and make fun of them. So I thought a thread with "suggestions" for the show would be worthwhile.

First up is two chick admitting (bragging) to news reporters that they stole $150.00 from a girl scout selling cookies.

If you read the articles, I love how the one girl complains that she is getting harassed by the outraged public where ever she goes.

This was something we used to do (they might still do it) on the musicianforums boards while i was still following those a few years back and it's a pretty fun idea.

Basically here is how it works, everyone listens to totally different bands and musicians, so why not share? So someone makes a couple suggestions of songs to listen to, preferrably adding general genre as well just as an indication. Any random person calls "dibs". Once dibs has been called, it is your job to go out there and find the entire song, or at least part of the song. Give it a listen, and then type of a few sentences on your thoughts on it. Some people liked to give an X out of 10 rating too, but id say thats personal choice.

Once you have posted your thoughts, you then add your own recommendations for someone, and the cycle continues.

Oh and by the way, so that the mods or boards dont have any problems, please don't post any copywritten material in the thread itself. Youtube has become a wealth of music, and there are other various sources out there (myspace is another good example) to which you can look. Of course youre welcome to preview and or buy songs in iTunes, Zune, Rhapsody or whatever. Just keep the boards clean.

I will also be more than happy to point anyone in the right direction of any suggestions I post, just send me a PM (or hell contact me on AIM i have my screenname listed in my profile).

I am SO frustrated. I was screaming in my car today because this idiot playing Free Beer gets 2 Correct?! I was so angry cause I had 7 pegged/guesses that would've been right. We need someone to give Free Beer a run for his money before they kill this game! It's incredible fun when it's good.

Over the past couple years I have been compiling a list of reason to negatively judge someone at first sight. You could also call this list "Signs That You Are A Douche Bag". I share it with you now due to the parallels with recent installments of "What Hot Wings Thinks". This is the original order in which they presented themselves to me.

1. Your sunglasses have a strap on them, making it easy to hang them around your neck. (exception: You're in Malibu during the 80's and you happen to be checking out a bitchin' new windsurfer.)

2. You've ever watched Nip/Tuck and thought "I should dress like Christian Troy, he's a stud."

3. You have a Kerry/Edwards sticker on your car, or other failed presidential hopefuls.

4. You have a vanity plate, no if ands or buts.

5. If your car has fake bullet hole stickers.

6. You wear sunglasses inside, take them off jackass. Sorry no exceptions here.

7. More then 10% of you daily dialogs is a quote from a Will Ferrell movie. Yes he is very funny but you repeating those funny lines is not, knock it f-ing off.

I thought this was a common occurrence. I usually do it when I'm overly-tired. That must be the part of my brain that's most sleep-dependent or something.

I used to work at a company who's president's name was Mary Helen. Her husband was the chairman of the board. I word scrambled her name in his presence once. He thought I was making a joke, suggesting his wife was a cantaloupe in need of a shave, but it was just a simple word scramble. Tough to talk your way out of that one, especially when the concept of a word scramble is completely foreign to the listener.

I just got the podcast today, and picked a great day to do it because I have listened to the Failure Report like 10 times already today.. They need to make this a regular appearance...pllllleeaaassee!
