ANYWAY...When did everyone start listening and what do you remember about that moment? For me, I had known what the FBHW show was but I thought it sounded lame and whenever I saw the billboards or ad's I always thought, "WTF is Free beer? And Hot wings? Do they give away free beer and hot wings at events?" I didn't get it. I started working at 5am back in March. I bought a new phone that has a radio built into it so I listened to the radio on my headphones. I would always listen to the cheesy "The River" Or something, or Spuds in the Morning...until one day I heard some guys talking and they were making Joe, who was on vacation and trying to sleep after partying, go out onto the beach and try to pick up chicks. I laughed so hard and from that day on I tried to listen everyday and now I can't go without listening! Sometimes I think my co-workers think i'm crazy...sometimes they'll be talking to me or helping me clean and i'll just bust out laughing and feel stupid. :-)

cons: you have to[i know its hard to beleive] eat more than you can handle ie: chicken wings and small children. You have to walk more then ten steps. sorry about that but its in the script!!!!!have sloppy gay sex with juliette lewis,again sorry about that but......well i just thought that would be funny!!!!!Deal with it fatty. And then theres the fact that you have to emulate or unwillingly participate in your own death when you die upon the eleventh step. not in the script but we all know its gonna happen you moo moo wearing tub of lard!!! either way your red neck cousins/siblings will be well provided for.and lets not forget the fact that you could easily eat johnny depp or even leonardo dicaprio without anyone noticing. hell, the gay scene with juliette lewis could end in cannibalism and noone would care as long as it had a fat lady feeling down on here luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! again meaning you hot stuff.

Whad up Fellow GR listeners! This thread is for Grand Rapids only!

As FBHW continue to grow their listener base, I think they are eventually going to have to leave GR or more importantly, the Eastern Time Zone. I've listened to them for years on WGRD, but now that I live in Denver, I have to rely on podcasts. It seems to me that as they continue to add Central time zone listening areas, the radio stations are going to want them on the air during the key hours of 6AM to 9AM. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but that's the only way I'll ever get them live in Denver :o

So for all the Grand Rapids listeners, if FBHW move to the Central time zone, would it affect your listening?

I think they should bring back the wheel of bad games, and put uncanny impressions and the first words challenge on the wheel. This would allow for those games to be played occasionally without wearing out the novelty.

Some of the interns have gotten nicknames based on who they resemble, but what about the main show members? Do you think Free Beer, Hot Wings, Zane, or Joe look like someone else?

For instance, I'm convinced that Zane looks just like Rocco Mediate, that guy who lost the U.S. open to Tiger Woods recently.



Although it was difficult to find photos of Zane that aren't all touched up by a professional to make him look prettier.
