Smothered Pork Steak:

Two or the bonless pork shoulder steaks cooked with sauteed mushrooms and onions, then smothered and cooked in cream of mushroom soup, served on top of mashed potatoes or hash browns, or tater tots, with texas toast on the side. mmmmmmm
