I don't know if this would work or not, but maybe you guys should try to contact the customer service form on the site here

if you enter in the info explaining the situation then they may be able to take care of it there.

Just a thought that is... better than doing nothing, or emailing the guys when they have no control over it.

The guys said we should be recieving info about how to switch when the new site went live. I think at this point most of us are just wondering how long that might take.
